We believe in practicing good work ethics and business principles. Our refund policy is transparent and committed to its users. When any payment is made to Proworktree, the amount paid in advance are not advance earnings of PWT. Relatively, such amount is retained by PWT in client’s account. The money in client’s account will remain his/her money till the work/service is not started or completed. PWT will earn the fees upon working on a client’s matter. These fees accrue at various stages having different rates and time depending on the performance of the services. Refunds are typically the result of an incomplete service, accounting error, or other issues relating to the service. Refund (If any) can be processed either partly or fully. Proworktree (PWT) processes all written requests for refunds. PWT will review the entire contents of the client’s physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. Within thirty (30) days, our senior team will send a written response stating either denial of the request or requesting further information/reasons, or else for granting the refund. The decision of providing refund remains completely at the discretion of PWT. Eventually, at PWT we would like to avoid the need of ever having to consider a refund. However, we are always aiming to be as transparent in our presentation as possible. Thus we encourage our clients to ask their questions or communicate their concerns to our support team immediately. We will then try to reply at earliest and this process also helps us to grow and improve our services and experience.
